What is in the TMG fabrication shop?
TMG runs CNC plasma cutting, tube and pipe bending, a Bend-Tech Dragon CNC tube cutter, and standard plus RUSH fabrication under one roof. Keeping these tools in-house means the parts behind every scope, plates, embeds, brackets, and curved rail, are cut and formed by the same company that erects the steel. That is tighter quality control and, when it matters most, faster schedule recovery.

CNC plasma turns approved drawings into accurate, repeatable parts. When a job needs dozens of matching base plates or embeds, CNC control is what keeps every one to the same tolerance.

Tube & pipe bending and CNC coping
Curved rail and coped tube, in-house
TMG runs a Baileigh RDB-125 hydraulic rotary draw bender for smooth curved and ornamental rail, plus a Bend-Tech Dragon CNC plasma system that copes, notches, and profiles tube. Curved rail holds the design radius and structural tube comes off drawing-accurate, so feature and frame work stay on our schedule instead of getting farmed out.

Between bending and CNC coping, curved rail and weld-ready structural tube are both produced in-house instead of farmed out.

RUSH fabrication is an expedited tier for schedule recovery. When a trade slips, a part is rejected, or a package has to hit a date, TMG fabricates to a committed turnaround. Is rush fabrication just paying more for the same work?
No. What you buy with RUSH is schedule certainty, not just speed. A committed turnaround on a critical-path part is often far cheaper than the downstream delay it prevents, because every trade behind the steel is waiting on it. We sell rush as risk removal for your date.
Do you deliver locally?
Yes. For Lowcountry jobs, same-day and next-day delivery is common thanks to the Moncks Corner base. That local proximity is what makes field-fix fabrication practical: we can cut a replacement part and get it to the site inside the workday.
