Steel we've fabricated and erected
TMG builds schedule-driven commercial work across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. Our portfolio spans data centers, hotels, retail, and large commercial and industrial projects, all delivered by one accountable team that both fabricates and erects the steel.
Featured case study
Data-center structural steel in St. George, SC
TMG is self-performing structural steel on an active data-center build in St. George, the kind of mission-critical, schedule-locked work driving growth across the Lowcountry data-center corridor. One team details, fabricates, delivers, and erects, so the fab-to-field handoff never becomes the owner's problem.
Data-center steel sits on the critical path. Concrete, MEP, and fit-out trades all wait behind the frame, and the schedule is locked to a commissioning date that will not move. The owner needed a subcontractor who could hold that date without the coordination gap that opens when fabrication and erection are split across two companies.
- Structural steel fabrication, self-performed
- Steel erection, self-performed by the same team
- Single-source contract and one QA/QC chain
- Deliveries sequenced to the erection plan
- Local crews staged from our Moncks Corner base
With one party accountable for the frame, sequencing decisions get made in-house instead of across a contract seam. Fabrication is built to the erection curve, field fits are controlled, and the critical path stays intact. That is the whole reason single-source exists: schedule risk owned by one team rather than traded across a fabricator-to-erector handoff.

Work grouped the way you bid it
We build to the demands of each market, from concentrated data-center loads to guest-facing hospitality finishes. Each group maps to how estimators scope a bid.
Every market below is served by the same single-source model: TMG details, fabricates, delivers, and erects the steel with one accountable team. That is what lets us commit to a schedule and hold it, whether the scope is a full structural frame, the miscellaneous metals package under CSI Division 05, or the egress stairs and rail that finish a building out.

Most of our work is confidential
We build data centers and other mission-critical projects, and that work runs under NDA and owner sign-off. We do not post jobsite photos, tonnage, or client names without written permission, and on this kind of work permission is rare. What that says about TMG is straightforward: we are trusted on sites where confidentiality is part of the contract. For a bid, we share references and scope-relevant examples directly with your team.
