Who we are
A single-source steel sub, built to hold the schedule
Most commercial steel packages get split: one company fabricates, another erects, and the general contractor is left to manage the seam between them. TMG was built to close that seam. Under the legal entity TMG Elite Services, LLC, we self-perform both fabrication and erection so a single team owns the steel from shop drawing to final bolt-up.
Steel gates every trade behind it. Concrete, MEP, envelope, and fit-out all wait on the frame, so the subcontractor who controls the steel controls the critical path. When fabrication and erection answer to the same team, sequencing decisions get made in-house instead of across a contract line, field fits are tighter, and there is no finger-pointing when a schedule tightens. Our scope spans CSI Division 05: structural steel fabrication and erection, the coordination-heavy miscellaneous metals package, egress and feature stairs and railing, mobile and field welding, and the in-house shop capabilities that back all of it. Because we hold the whole package, a general contractor can award one subcontract and know the steel is covered from detailing through final connection, instead of stitching together a fabricator, an erector, and a misc-metals sub and hoping the seams hold.

Headquartered in the SC Lowcountry (Moncks Corner) and working across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia, with a preference for local Lowcountry projects.

The people accountable for your steel
TMG is run by people who came up in structural steel, from the shop floor to the field. Estimating and detailing, shop fabrication and AISC quality, and field erection and safety are each owned by someone who has done the work, not managed it from a distance.
