Structural steel fabrication & erection
Beams, columns, girders, base and connection plates, field bolt-up and plumb, deck support. One accountable team, shop to field.
Miscellaneous metals
Embeds, lintels, bollards, bar grating, ladders, cages, platforms, catwalks, and mezzanines. CSI 05 50 00, self-performed.
Stairs, handrail & architectural
Egress and feature stairs, guardrail and handrail, tube-bent and ornamental rail, fence and gates to IBC, OSHA, and ADA.
Mobile & field welding
Certified field crews and service trucks for on-site fit-up, retrofits, and repairs, welded to AWS D1.1 procedures.
Steel foundation piles
Fabricated steel foundation piles: grouted, cast-in-place displacement steel pipe piles for schedule-driven work.
Rush / expedited fabrication
In-house CNC plasma plate cutting and tube and pipe bending, with standard and rush tiers for critical-path schedule recovery.
