The hard part of retail steel is not the tonnage, it is the sequence. Storefront framing, mezzanine steel, and stairs have to arrive around fit-out crews and shifting tenant dates. When fabrication and erection are split across two firms, every phasing change becomes a two-party negotiation. TMG carries both, so we re-order the shop queue and the erection plan to match the phasing without a contract seam getting in the way.

How does TMG handle phased retail schedules?
Retail and mall work turns over in phases: shell first, then anchor and inline tenants on their own dates. TMG sequences fabrication and erection to that phasing so steel is ready when each space opens up, not all at once. Because we fabricate and erect together, we can adjust the shop queue when a tenant date moves without renegotiating a second contract.
Can TMG coordinate around tenant fit-outs?
Yes. Tenant coordination is where retail steel gets complicated: storefront framing, infill, and mezzanine steel have to land around fit-out crews already working.
